1、液壓缸內導向元(yuan)件摩擦力不(bu)均勻產生(sheng)的(de)低速爬行,建(jian)議優(you)先采用金(jin)屬作(zuo)為導向支(zhi)撐,如(ru)QT500-7、ZQAL9-4等,如(ru)采用非(fei)金(jin)屬支(zhi)撐環,建(jian)議選用在油液中尺(chi)寸穩定性好的(de)非(fei)金(jin)屬支(zhi)撐環,特別是熱膨脹系數應(ying)小,另外(wai)對支(zhi)撐環的(de)厚度(du),必(bi)須嚴格控制尺(chi)寸公差和厚度(du)的(de)均勻性。

2、對(dui)于密(mi)封件材質(zhi)問題(ti)引起的(de)液(ye)壓缸(gang)低速爬(pa)行(xing),建(jian)議在工況允許的(de)條件下,優先采用(yong)以(yi)聚四氟乙(yi)烯作為(wei)密(mi)封的(de)組(zu)合密(mi)封圈,如(ru)(ru)常用(yong)的(de)格萊圈、斯特封等等;如(ru)(ru)選唇口密(mi)封,建(jian)議材料優選丁晴橡膠或類似材料的(de)密(mi)封件,其(qi)跟(gen)隨性較(jiao)好。
現(xian)象(xiang)(一):機械損傷
原因:
1.在配合面上有傷痕(hen)
2.含有金屬(shu)類雜(za)物或其(qi)它雜(za)質
3.裝配時配合面倒角處(chu)有毛刺(ci)
防止措施:
1.裝配(pei)前檢查,清洗干凈(jing)零件,不允(yun)許有任何雜(za)質進入(ru)
2.改(gai)善(shan)系統過濾裝置,按時更換系統介質(zhi)
3.加大配合面的倒(dao)角,并使之盡量光(guang)滑,去掉毛刺(ci)和飛(fei)邊
原因:
1.配合(he)間(jian)隙設計過大
2.系統壓(ya)力過高
3.支撐環剛度不夠產(chan)生間隙(xi)
防止措施:
1.減少配合間隙
2.加支撐環
3.壓力過高,可增加一道緩(huan)沖密封
3.重新選擇密封材(cai)料
4.更改支撐(cheng)環材料(liao)或尺寸
